We are seeking a skilled and motivated Python / Node.js Developer with 2+ years of experience in backend development and API integration. The ideal candidate should be proficient in building scalable server-side applications, working with databases, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust digital solutions. This position is aligned with our AI Agent development roadmap. Candidates with strong backend expertise in Python or Node.js will be provided with structured training in AI technologies, tools, and workflows. Over time, this role will evolve into an AI Agent Developer position, offering excellent career growth in the AI domain.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python or Node.js.
Build and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
Develop efficient, reusable, and secure server-side logic.
Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and product teams.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) for data storage and retrieval.
Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting.
Ensure adherence to best coding practices and development standards.
Assist in deploying applications and maintaining production environments.
Required Skills and Qualifications
2+ years of experience in backend development using Python or Node.js.
Strong understanding of frameworks such as Django, Flask, Express.js, or NestJS.
Experience in building and consuming REST APIs.
Knowledge of databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
Understanding of basic cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Experience working with international clients or projects.
Knowledge of microservices architecture.
Exposure to Docker or containerization.
Basic understanding of AI/ML integration is a plus.
